Electronic Intellectual Property Rights infringement notification
The DOME Marketplace respects all intellectual property rights.
If you are an individual or an entity who owns an intellectual property right (IPR) consisting in a copyright or a trademark or a registered design, and you think that an offering or content displayed on the Marketplace potentially infringes your rights, you are kindly invited to inform us via ipr.helpdesk@dome-marketplace.org. This is the most expedited way to handle your claim.
Please note that, for the purpose of handling your claim we need you to clearly state in your notice:

The subject line must include the mention “DOME Project – IPR Infringement claim”.

Your complete name and ID.

An email address where we can reach you out for the purpose of handling your claim.

The complete name, VAT number and the address of the registered office of the entity holding the rights in the allegedly infringed intellectual property rights (only if the holder is a legal entity); or the identification data and address of the natural person holding the allegedly infringed intellectual property rights.

A formal, signed and binding statement by which you represent and warrant that: (i) you are entitled to file the claim with us either because you are the holder of the intellectual property rights or because you have been formally authorised by the rightsholder to file the claim, or otherwise because you are authorised to file the claim by virtue of law; and (ii) that you believe in good faith that the contents or offerings identified in your claim infringe your intellectual property rights.

All the details referring to:

The offering or content listed in the Marketplace that potentially infringes your intellectual property rights (be as precise as possible in order to facilitate and speed up the management of the claim).

The URL where the content or offering that allegedly infringe the intellectual property rights are located.

Any documentation you may have at your disposal supporting your claim (e.g., registration certificates, escrow agreements, evidence of use, etc.).
You acknowledge that for the purpose of handling your claim we may share the information you provide to us with third parties, namely those affected by the claim.
